Delete your account

You can delete your account directly in the Connected app. If you cannot access the app, submit a request here. Our team will verify that you control the account before deleting it and will contact you about the result.

Deletion removes your Connected profile, connections and shared in-app conversations. Related private images are queued for deletion and automatically retried if storage is temporarily unavailable. Copies other people saved outside Connected cannot be removed. Limited safety records, support tickets, logs and backups may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Use the email address associated with your Connected sign-in. Do not include a password, sign-in token, business-card image or other sensitive document.
